We are using a “Bobcat” tractor to level the pool site

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to provide 7’ of access to the pool area. This may require you to temporarily take down a section of privacy or chain link fence Additionally, Frog Built, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to your grass, driveways, walkways or underground utility lines. Do not plan to build the pool OVER your septic tank or septic drain field. Place lawn chairs, or stakes over this system so that it is not accidentally driven over. It is common for there to be tractor indentations in the grass.

There will be a pile of dirt and sod. Once the pool has been full for a week without any problems, you may backfill some of this dirt.
Remember that the pool wall must be 4’ above the ground to meet the safety barrier requirements.
